Cheap media center with RaspBMC – Installation

How doesn’t love ripped movies? Who wants to save thousands of dollars having a great media center?

Here is what you need:

• Raspberry Pi
• 8GB Class 10 SD-Card
• HDMI cable
• A good HDTV
• USB drive to store media

What you need to do:

1. Connect the Raspberry Pi with your HDTV with HDMI cable
2. Download and install RaspBMC on your SD Card from: http://www.raspbmc.com/download/
3. Get your movies and MP3s in a USB stick. Plug it into Raspberry Pi.
4. Turn it on and follow the instructions. You can now chose and play media files that you store in your USB drive.
